If the primary taxpayer is under the age of 16 and has never filed a tax return, then the PIN on the return must not have the value of the self-select practitioner.

Fix #2: If this is your first time filing a tax return, you do not have access to a PIN or AGI amount to report as your electronic signature. You may need to paperfile your return to the IRS. Sign into your PriorTax account to print, sign, and mail your return to the IRS.
