Your spouse's SSN was not provided on the tax return. If a spouse exemption is reported, than the spouse SSN must be provided.
Fix #1: Sign into your PriorTax account and provide your spouse's SSN right from your rejection status page. Resubmit for filing.
Fix #2: Sign into your PriorTax account and remove the spouse exemption from your tax return. Resubmit for filing without claiming the exemption.
